My name is Andrew Brodsky.
I am a private equity professional seeking opportunities in the Boston market.
Why the website?
I am currently seeking private equity investment roles in the Boston market. If you know of any openings or have connections in the industry, I would greatly appreciate your support.

In appreciation for your assistance, I wanted to share some productivity-related resources that have helped me grow both professionally and personally in recent years.

I hope you find (at least some of) the below resources helpful!
Spark
(Email Platform)
Spark is an email platform used to sync up multiple email addresses into one inbox. Its easy tools are great for filtering out unwanted messages and focusing on what's most important, while also auto-tagging personal vs. work messages.
Boomerang
(Outlook Add-On)
For those who prefer to streamline all email within Outlook, Boomerang has a cool 'Inbox Pause' tool that lets you pause/un-pause email traffic from your account. Set focus periods where you aren't distracted by email, or set batched delivery times throughout the day to respond to messages.
Arc
(Web Browser)
An update on legacy Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge web browsers - save sites for future reference in a more intuitive manner and preview sites by simply scrolling over links.
Perplexity AI
(Conversational
Search Engine)
I'm by no means an AI expert, but Perplexity is one of the cooler AI search engine tools I've used to date. Answers are detailed but not too dense, and helpful links pop up in the sidebar to accompany written responses.
Notion
(Workspace Tool)
Notion is a workspace / collaboration tool that I use for personal organization (i.e. journaling, reading lists, recipe lists, etc). It also has great templates for task management and its simple UI / UX lets you get up and running almost instantly.
Todoist
(To-Do Lists)
While there's nothing like a written to-do list in your physical notebook, Todoist serves as a handy web alternative. I use this app to keep track of both work and personal to-do lists. The drag-and-drop and "Due By" functionality allows you to stack items in whatever order you want, particularly helpful for ever-changing priorities!
Blinkist
(Podcast Alternative)
Blinkist offers concise summaries of non-fiction books, allowing users to absorb key insights in ~15 minutes per book. I've enjoyed their broad library of topics, covering subjects such as Communication, Entrepreneurship, Sales & Marketing, Networking, and Management & Leadership. A nice alternative to longer-form podcasts.
Super Reading
by Jim Kwik
(Speed Reading Course)
I've found this to be the best speed reading (and improved comprehension) online learning course on the market. The content is easy to consume and I witnessed a 200%+ improvement in my reading speed in just a couple of weeks.

Note that to access this course, a subscription to MindValley is required. I haven't tried any other courses through MindValley, but based on my success with Super Reading, I'll likely try another course soon!
1Password
(Password Manager)
While not explicitly a productivity tool, 1Password is a useful password manager for anyone looking to improve their cybersecurity hygiene. In addition to being more secure than an Excel sheet or universal password, 1Password will auto-populate login credentials across apps and websites, saving you seconds every time you login to a secure environment.

I also favor 1Password over LastPass as LastPass suffered a security breach back in 2022.
